Children have a high curiosity. You would often observe a natural phenomenon, like a rusty iron. Of course you will be interested to know how such events can happen?. If you ever feel this, the question is actually an issue as research material. So you do not need to bother searching for the problem to be investigated, there are many events around you are interesting to be solved. The study begins with the formulation of the problem. The problem is something that will be studied and solved. By formulating the problem means you have to understand it to be studied.


•    Formulate hypotheses






After formulating the problem, as a researcher you have to compile the allegations that are naturally based on the evidence and the facts are there. these allegations are called hypotheses. So the hypothesis is only temporary answer of the problems being studied. Truth of the hypothesis to be proved through a series of experiments


•    Carry out scientific research



The research activities can you do in a laboratory or outside the laboratory. It depends on the type of research that you do. If you are doing research in the laboratory, you must understand the safety procedures in the laboratory. Likewise, if you carry out research outside the laboratory, you must know the safety in the area. Do not let the research you did endanger your safety.


•    Collecting data from the research




When you do the research, you will obtain the data. Any symptoms during the experiment, you must recording the results with neatly and stacking well. Thus you will obtain data that is not scattered and make you easy to process the data.


•    Process and analyze the data

After the data collected, you should classify the data according to the type or research purposes. Then the data were analyzed to determine whether your hypotheses that you put forward appropriate (acceptable) or just the opposite (not fit). If your hypothesis according to research data that you get was fit, that mean the hypothesis is accepted. But if the opposite applies, meaning your hypothesis is rejected.


•    Making conclusions







The conclusion of a research is conducted is a statement that summarizes what has been done during research activities. In a conclusion needs to be addressed if the data you get from the results of the research have supported the hypothesis that you made or not.

Para entender lo que es el metodo cientifico hay que definir la palabra MÉTODOque significa:

una serie do pasos y elementos ordenados  que busca mediante la  investigación, la observación y otros elementos llegar a una meta y demostrar la verdad.

Método Científico

1. Es un  método de estudio.
2. Es un conjunto organizado de elementos de la naturaleza que incluye las técnicas de:

a. observación, 
b. reglas para el razonamiento y la predicción, 
c. ideas sobre la experimentación planificada 
d.. los modos de comunicar los resultados experimentales y teóricos.

Este método se utiliza en la vida diaria, y los pasos a seguir son los siguientes:

1.- Localiza o identifica el problema o pregunta en este caso problema que necesites resolver. Recuerda que para poder aplicar el método científico debes llegar al problema o pregunta esencial y dejar a un lado las consecuencias; es decir, si no pudiste terminar tu trabajo porque la computadora se apagó y no pudiste volver a encenderla, el problema no es no haber terminado tu trabajo; sino el problema real es que la computadora se descompuso.
2.- Formula una hipótesis que pueda explicar las posibles causas del problema o  pregunta  y cuál podría ser la solución. Trata de recordar cada detalle que originó el problema o pregunta para saber si hay un patrón determinado o se evidencia la posible causa del problema o pregunta.
3.- Prueba tu hipótesis desarrollando un ambiente experimental que te ayude a comprobar tus planteamientos iniciales.
4.- Una vez que has obtenido una conclusión sobre si la hipótesis que formulaste ha sido o no correcta ahora trata de formular resultados concretos desde una perspectiva objetiva, recuerda que si te equivocas en una primera hipótesis solo debes formular una nueva y así sucesivamente hasta encontrar la correcta que te ayude a resolver el problema.

¿Para qué es el Método Científico?:
Quiere descubrir la realidad de los hechos y estos al ser descubiertos, deben a su vez guiar el uso del método.  El método científico es la lógica general empleada para dar valor a los méritos de una investigación.

Ejemplos del método científico en la vida cotidiana #1

PROBLEMA
Mi computadora no funciona correctamente.
OBSERVACIÓN
Mi computadora se apaga sola y abre páginas web que yo no identifico.
HIPÓTESIS
La computadora ha sido infectada con un virus.
PREDICCIÓN
Si compro un antivirus original y escaneo con él la computadora el antivirus localizará y destruirá el virus y el problema se va a resolver.
EXPERIMENTACIÓN
Compro un antivirus original, después lo instalo en mi computadora, lo actualizo y escaneo la computadora pero antes de terminar el escaneo la computadora se apaga y el antivirus deja de funcionar; repito la operación dos veces más pero el resultado es el mismo.
HIPÓTESIS 2:
Dado que el antivirus no corrigió el problema ahora voy a formatear el disco duro y a reinstalar el sistema operativo.
PREDICCIÓN 2
Si formateo el disco duro y después reinstalo el sistema operativo el problema deberá quedar resuelto.
EXPERIMENTACIÓN
Formateo el disco duro utilizando el disco del sistema operativo y posteriormente instalo una vez más el sistema operativo.
CONCLUSIÓN
La computadora tenía un virus pero era tan nuevo que el antivirus no logró desinstalarlo.
RESULTADOS
La computadora ahora sirve bien; le coloqué el antivirus nuevo para evitar otro problema similar; resolví el problema pero perdí todos mis documentos.
